This kitchen features handplaned wood with a milk paint finish, artistically distressed to create a sense of age. 

The island includes a raised seating area with a Brazilian Cherry wood top -- known for its superior hardness and great color! 

Chamfered corners, glass ends and a pair of elegant reeded brackets lend a touch of finesse to this Quality hutch, which is finished in a lighter tone of antique style paint than the main kitchen. 

The range hood houses a powerful modern blower, but is built in traditional hand-planed paneled style. 

A Welsh cupboard serves to showcase a collection of antique copper molds, while it does double duty as a beverage center, complete with wine cooler. This piece was also built in our own custom shop, with the artistic paint treatment done on site by local artist Judy Dibble. 

Natural light washes over the hand-planed texture of the refrigerator panels. 

Open shelves supported by Vintage Custom Cabinetry brackets serve nicely to display the owner's collection of copper and brass cookware.
